Where do I start after I log in?

How do I enroll in a course?

From Home, open the course you want and click Enroll/Buy, then follow checkout.

What payment methods can I use?

Payment methods are shown at checkout.

Where do I enter a discount code?

Enter the code at checkout in the Promo/Discount Code field and apply it before paying.

I paid—where is my course?

Go to My Courses. If it doesn’t appear, log out and log in again. If still missing, email support@coachingpen.com with your name, email, course name, and payment time.

How long do I have access to a course?

You have 12 months access from the date of purchase.

Do you offer refunds?

Because access is granted immediately (including downloadable materials), we’re unable to offer refunds.

How do I get my certificate?

Certificates are issued automatically on completion once you finish the required activities.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the login page, click “Forgotten your username or password?” and follow the reset steps.

What language is the course conducted in, and is there help if English is not my first language?

The course is conducted in English. You can also turn on subtitles (where available) in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, and Chinese, and we plan to add more languages over time. If you need extra support, the AI Course Tutor can explain concepts and answer questions in your preferred language. For downloadable resources, you may also use your own translation tools or AI account to translate materials for personal learning.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email—what should I do?

Check Spam/Junk, then search for “CoachingPen”. If it still doesn’t arrive, email support@coachingpen.com.

What is Home / My Courses / Dashboard?

• Home: Academy landing page to browse available courses • My Courses: Your enrolled courses (start or continue learning) • Dashboard: Your learning overview, timeline, and any activities due

How do I search for a course?

Use the search bar on Home (or course catalogue) to find courses by name or topic.

How do I return to the course list?

Go to Home to browse available courses again.

My discount code isn’t working—what should I check?

Check spelling and whether the code applies to that course (and whether it has expired). If you’re still stuck, email academy@coachingpen.com with the code and the course you’re trying to buy.

Can I use more than one discount code?

No. Only one code can be used per purchase unless stated otherwise.

Can my company enroll a group of staff?

Yes. For group enrolments and corporate programmes, email academy@coachingpen.com with: • Company/organisation name • Approximate number of participants • Courses you are interested in • Preferred start date (if any)

How do I continue where I left off?

My Courses → open your course → continue from the next incomplete activity.

Can I pause and continue later?

Yes. Your progress is saved and you can continue anytime during your access period.

How do I ask questions about the course content?

Use the AI Course Tutor inside the course for explanations, examples, and study support. It can also provide translations. Please restrict your questions to course related queries.

Where do I find downloadable materials?

Downloadable resources (if included) appear inside the course curriculum in sequence.

The site is slow or not loading properly—what can I do?

Refresh, try Chrome, clear cache, or switch networks (Wi-Fi/mobile).

Videos won’t play or keep buffering—what should I try?

Check your internet connection, close other streaming/downloads, and try another browser/device.

I can’t log in even after resetting password

Try a different browser and ensure you’re using the same email you registered with. If you’re still stuck, email support@coachingpen.com.

I’m not receiving emails from the Academy—what should I do?

Check Spam/Junk and search “CoachingPen”. If still missing, email support@coachingpen.com

When should I use the Academy Support chatbot vs the AI Course Tutor?

Support chatbot: login, enrolment steps, payment guidance, navigation, and common issues. AI Course Tutor: course-content questions and learning support inside the course (it can also provide translations of explanations).
